Analytics tell you what happened. They almost never tell you who it happened to — and that is the part you actually think about when you decide what to fix.
IAmYourUser reads the data you already have (Google Analytics and Search Console) and turns the patterns in it into two to four people. Each one tells you, in the first person, how they found you, what they read, where they stopped.
The rule we do not break
Numbers and pages are measured: every figure in a story exists in your data, and you can see the source behind it. The rest — the evening, the half-finished email, the reason someone was in a hurry — is invented on purpose, because a person without a life is not a person. What is invented is marked as invented, and each story tells you how much of it is measured.
We would rather be honest about that line than pretend it is not there.
